Project Tracker
Keeping track of a growing homelab
As I built more apps, I wanted one place to see what was running and how the projects fitted together. Project Tracker collects information from Forgejo and combines it with availability checks for the apps on my NAS.
From overview to technical detail
- Browse projects by name and by public, LAN or local status.
- Inspect dependencies, declared version requirements and their source manifests.
- Follow repository tags and published container versions.
- Search across projects and packages, and inspect health results.
Connected to the tools I already use
The app uses Django, Jinja templates and PostgreSQL, with Tailwind CSS, DaisyUI and Alpine.js for the frontend. It runs in Docker. Background processes handle synchronisation and health monitoring outside web requests.
Alles draait in Docker.
